Renew Spinal Care announces Strategic Alliance Agreement with SonoSpine Surgery:
Alliance of Renew and SonoSpine should treat up to 95% of ALL back and neck pain issues.
(Houston, TX – April 5, 2017)

Renew Spinal Care, Inc., a Texas Corporation with 15 locations nationwide, and SonoSpine, LLC, a Virginia Corporation, have entered into a strategic alliance to market and perform certain complementary Minimally Invasive Spinal Procedures and business consulting services. Both companies utilize unique approaches to the impingements of the spinal nerves that are arguably the least invasive in the industry. As both companies expand their geographic footprint nationwide, the goal of this SAA is to mutually enhance the negotiation of capitated contracts, development of technologies, and marketing one another’s services.

Sam Bailey PhD, owner of RSC, announced today that Renew Spinal Care and SonoSpine have entered into an SAA, which allows both companies to offer their joint services to clients and patients suffering from back or neck pain: “We are honored to announce this Strategic Alliance Agreement which allows the treatment of up to 95% of back and neck pain issues plaguing society today through coordination with fellow innovative doctors at Sonospine.”
Dr. Dilan Ellegala, Founder of Sonospine, also echoed this sentiment saying, “Sam Bailey has been the leader in the development of several minimally invasive spine surgery companies…we are anticipating great progress through our mutual synergies.”

Revolutionary components:
The aforementioned 95% of all back or neck pain issues can be treated via Renew’s/Sonospine’s network of board certified doctors by treating the following conditions:
Bulging or herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, scar tissue, nerve impingements, nerve root inflammation, previous failed open back surgery, sciatica, bone spurs, facet disease, foraminal stenosis, spondylolisthesis.

The Combined Renew-SonoSpine Difference:
Renew Spinal Care’s and SonoSpine’s network of board certified physicians are pleased to offer the following: no hospital stay, patients leave the same day with just a band-aid, no stitches, no hardware, can treat multiple vertebrae or discs and operate bilaterally in one anesthetic experience, overall faster recovery as many patients return to work quickly.

(Houston, TX – October 4, 2017) Renew Spinal Care, Inc. announces a strategic alliance agreement with SpineMark Corporation, adding a key component to its rapidly expanding structure. The agreement with SpineMark will allow the two dynamic companies to complement one another through mutually aligned strategies that will enhance patient diagnosing, integrate operational minimally invasive spine surgery protocol and merge state-of-the-art medical technology.

Renew consists of a national network of board-certified spine surgeons who specialize in minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS). Physicians utilize innovative techniques to repair multiple levels of the spine, bilaterally, in the lumbar, cervical and even the thoracic region in one anesthetic experience. Through MISS procedures, spinal nerve impingements are released through the least invasive approaches available. In most cases, patients do not require an overnight hospital stay; rather, they leave the surgical facility on the same day with just a bandage and no stitches.

SpineMark Destination Centers are a unique, comprehensive delivery system, starting with accurate diagnosis of the origin of the pain. SpineMark advocates for holistic modalities and minimally invasive procedures and surgeries to restore patients’ abilities to live a productive life. SpineMark leads with a “first-do-no-harm” minimally invasive spine approach, with more complex surgeries, such as fusions, always considered a last resort.

SpineMark’s mission is to create a universal standard based on early intervention for the treatment of patients suffering from spinal pain with the help of physicians, industry, payors and governmental agencies. SpineMark’s protocol and Renew’s network of board-certified surgeons are combining to offer Spine Centers of Excellence unparalleled in the history of the development of MISS.

In addition to focusing on spine, the agreement integrates minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery. Both companies are in the forefront of assisting leading, nationally recognized surgeons specializing in ambulatory foot and ankle surgery avoiding plates, pins and screws.

Pairing of Leading Minds on Spine Care

Sam Bailey, CEO of Renew, and Marcy Rogers, President of SpineMark, bring more than 45 years combined business experience and leadership in the development of spinal modalities. The agreement between Renew and SpineMark unites their formidable experience and relationships, forming an alliance that offers a platform for physicians to maximize their practice and healthcare consumers to benefit from the latest developments in spine surgery.

Bailey said, “I am honored and humbled to work together with Marcy and the SpineMark team. Her tireless pursuit of excellence in uniting the greatest minds in MISS is inspirational to all who know her and have had the privilege of working alongside her.”

Concerning the agreement, Rogers said, “The time is right for the mutual synergies of Renew and SpineMark to unite. Both companies are privileged to work with the greatest physician leaders in the industry. Sam and I have known each other since the early days of MISS. We believe this agreement will help change the course of medical history.”

Neurosurgeon Dr. Adam Lewis, National Medical Director for SpineMark, welcomes the opportunity to work closely with Renew. “In just five years, Renew has established its reputation as a true leader in the MISS space. As a long-time advocate of MISS, I am excited for SpineMark to help Sam and his team bring their innovative techniques to even more communities.”

Dr. Michael Keogh, National Director of Marketing for SpineMark, says the agreement between Renew and SpineMark will improve the quality of life for people nationwide. “The biggest beneficiaries of this agreement are patients,” he says. “They will gain access to the most advanced care that delivers exceptional outcomes at low costs — the type of services our healthcare system desperately needs more of.”

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Renew Spinal Care, Inc., has retained a prominent national law firm and lobbying group, to form a Management Services Organization (MSO).

Renew Spinal Care, Inc. has shown steady growth in recent years as it has quietly amassed one of the largest networks in the United States of board certified physicians comprised of neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons and interventional pain doctors who specialize in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (M.I.S.S.).  Renew’s Network of Board Certified Doctors treat most all back or neck pain issues such as: Bulging or herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, scar tissue, nerve impingements, nerve root inflammation, previous failed open back surgery, bone spurs, facet disease, foraminal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, and sciatica…all through minimally invasive approaches.

Why this is Revolutionary:

When asked about the creation of the MSO, Renew CEO Sam Bailey said, “A prominent nationwide legal team establishing a Managed Services Organization that links one of, if not the largest network, of MISS surgeons in the United States together is another step forward in the rapid rise of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Renew’s approach is somewhat unique in that we are laying the groundwork for the capacity for the surgeons to service large contracts for self-insured companies and other significant patient population groups across the national geographical spectrum Coast to Coast through Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.”

Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (M.I.S.S.) is becoming a burgeoning field that is capturing the interest of many physicians and payors, including self-insured companies due to the following benefits:

M.I.S.S. is covered by practically all major medical providers and utilizes mainstream equipment and ambulatory surgery centers. The patients do not spend time in a hospital, during or after the surgery, which is indicative of the lack of damage done to the core of the body through these specialized procedures. These components are of great interest to payors who are searching for improved evidenced-based outcomes.

The Renew Difference:

Renew Spinal Care’s network of board certified physicians is a unique company that offers all of the following: No hospital stay, Patients leave the Same Day with just a band-aid, No Stitches, No hardware, Doctors can treat multiple vertebrae or discs and operate bilaterally in one anesthetic experience (including the thoracic region), Pain Mapping, and overall faster recovery as many patients return to work within one to two weeks.

About Renew Spinal Care, Inc:

Renew Spinal Care, Inc. is the premier physician network specializing in treating the patient’s back and neck pain through Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery (MISS). Renew is a patient education, logistics, marketing, and research and development company.  The contracted physicians utilize tiny incisions as a surgical alternative for patients who were previously simply managing their pain through medications, epidural steroid injections and physical therapy (also known as palliative care). Often these patients do not know that a curative permanent surgical alternative, that incurs little, or no more risk, than their current pain management approach, is available.

Renew is a member of both the Prime Health Services and Three Rivers Provider Network allowing the company access to thousands of self-insured companies’ spine patients.  Renew is also a member of the 100% Veteran owned Exclusive Provider Network, and has conducted three meetings in Washington D.C. with members of the Senate discussing the opportunity of providing MISS to the nation’s Veterans.

Concluding Remarks:

Renew Spinal Care, Inc. is constantly adding new locations nationwide, as it continues to review highly recommended M.I.S.S. physician candidates who are board certified and interested in becoming a part of America’s premier network of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeons.  To learn more about Renew Spinal Care, Inc., as a doctor, law firm, provider, or the media, contact: Ashley Furst, Vice President of Business Development; (212) 519-9990
